Australian Government Digital

For competitions hosted in Australia, we have researched the ATO / Australian Government requirements pertaining to digital signatures. Our systems meet this requirement through the ability for competition administrators to export/report the captured signatures of forms and keep that digital report for the 5 years required. In addition our data retention policies cover this period of time, however, we recommend individuals also take their own exports/reports to ensure compliance with ATO / Australian Government requirements.
