Providing and updating Availability
After registering for a competition, one of the next steps you will need to do, and regularly throughout a competition, is update your availability.
Competition Coordinators can elect to lock access to providing/updating availability at different times throughout the competition lifecycle. For example:
- When registrations first open, availability may not be able to be provided until a later time when the draw is more finalized
- Availability may be reset should a significant draw scheduling change occur, requiring you to resubmit your availability
- Availability may be set to readonly (locked) at a circle time prior to the commencement of or during the competition. This allows the coordinators more control over changes by requiring you to make direct contact with them to update the changes.
Providing/Updating your availability
After registering for a competition you can return to the competition and update your availability if the competition coordinators have allowed that capability.
The easiest method is from our home page:
- From our home page locate the competition you wish to update your registration for in the list of upcoming competitions.
- Click the Register button, as this will take you the update registration page.
- You will need to log into the site at this point using the same account you registered with.
- Once logged in you will be shown your existing registration. Make any of the required changes.
- Click the “Update Registration” button to save your changes.
If you cannot find the competition on the home page use these steps:
- Use the Navigation Menu to browse to the My Competitions page
- Locate the competition you need to update your details for in the list
- Follow the link to view the details of that competition
- From the Competition details page click the “Edit Registration” button
- Complete the registration form.
My availability has changed what do I do
If your availability changes before the commencement of play, no issue, just use the same instructions as above to go an update the availability to what you can now do.
If you already have matches allocated for those times you can also report a conflict for those games, although this is optional unless the coordinators explicitly ask you to do this.
If you the availability is in readonly (locked) then you will need to make contact directly with the competition coordinators so that they can make the necessary changes.
