The May 2022 update improved coordinator awareness during match schedule management and made payment processing easier to search and review. These changes help administrators lock completed time slots, use dynamic filtering, and find the right payment records more efficiently.

Web App

Time slot status

Competition administrators and coordinators can set a status against a time slot. This gives coordinators a clearer way to communicate the state of a time slot during match schedule administration.

Time slots can also be locked based on their status. This helps protect completed or finalised time slots from accidental changes once they should no longer be edited.

Payment search improvements

Filtering and searching has been enhanced when running Payment Run Cycles or searching for Payment records. This makes it easier for finance users to locate the records they need to validate, process, and export.

Dynamic form field filters

Advanced search workflows now support dynamic form field filter values. This gives administrators more precise filtering when searching member, registration, or payment-related records.

Reporting chart support

Charting support was added to the web app, laying the foundation for richer visual reporting.
