The February 2023 update improved payment exports, fixture-grid reporting, notification configuration, and third-party integration support. It also introduced payment run templates and early Xero file support.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Fixture Grid reports gained a table view, match coach display, forfeit formatting, and configurable column labels.
- Payment workflows gained labels, detailed CSV export, payment run templates, and early Xero file support.
- Notification configuration was added for competition administration.
- Integration configuration gained match classification, property, round, and forfeit handling.
- Coach appointment and statistics filtering received fixes and refinements.
Web App

Section titled “Fixture Grid table view”Fixture Grid reporting gained a table view with support for match coaches, forfeit formatting, and configurable column labels. This gave administrators an alternative to the visual grid when a tabular schedule is easier to review or export.
Payment exports and templates
Section titled “Payment exports and templates”Competition payment screens now support payment labels, detailed CSV export, and payment run templates. Administrators can create reusable payment run templates and use richer exports for finance workflows.
Notification configuration
Section titled “Notification configuration”Competition administration gained notification configuration support, giving administrators more control over platform notifications.
Integration filtering
Section titled “Integration filtering”Third-party integration configuration gained extra filter options, including property, match classification, round, and ignore-forfeit behaviour.

Section titled “Payment and Xero export support”Backend payment routes now support labels, detailed CSV export, payment run templates, advanced filtering, and early Xero file format support.
Integration configuration support

Appointment and coach report fixes
Section titled “Appointment and coach report fixes”Backend fixes improved date handling in appointment searches, coach statistics filtering, appointment to-date handling, and permissions for feedback entry.
