March 2026

The March 2026 update focuses on integration and setup workflows. This release improves MySideline support, adds competition and digital form template workflows, introduces service status visibility, and expands match official coach appointment search.

  • MySideline integration support has been updated, including improved draw data handling and integration-state filtering.
  • Administrators can start new competitions and digital forms from templates.
  • Competition divisions can be imported and exported.
  • Match official coaches now have appointment search support.
  • Service status information is available from the SportsM8 web app.

MySideline integration configuration has been updated to support the newer integration flow. Administrators have improved controls for integration setup, filtering by integration state, and importing draw data.

Draw data handling now includes pool information, improving the quality of imported match schedule data where that information is available from the integration.

SportsM8 administration now supports creating competitions from templates. The competition creation flow has been updated so template-based setup can include competition details and divisions.

Digital forms can also be created from templates, reducing repeated setup work for common form structures.

Competition divisions can now be imported and exported from the competition edit area. This gives administrators a faster way to manage division setup when working with larger competitions or external systems.

Match official coaches now have appointment search support. This adds new coach portal screens for searching appointments and members, helping coaches locate appointment information more directly.

A Service Status page has been added to the web app and navigation. This gives users a place to check SportsM8 service availability from within the product.

Fixture Grid and kiosk settings now include an option to consolidate division, pool, and round information into a single line. This helps make dense schedule displays easier to read where space is limited.

The API now includes updated MySideline integration services and routes, including shared third-party integration helpers and support for retrieving pool data with draw information.

Backend service status routes have been added so the web app can display service status information.

Backend routes and services now support match official coach appointment search.

Backend models and competition configuration routes now support the consolidated division, pool, and round display option used by fixture and kiosk views.

  • Added filter options for integration state, name, and equals matching in integration-related searches.
  • Updated service status naming and messaging.
  • Removed a disruptive alert when a service is unavailable.
  • Fixed a competition type value issue during template-based competition creation.
