The August 2025 update improves season scheduling, registration availability, feedback forms, emails, and Xero exports. It also strengthens Intelligent Appointment ordering and payment bulk-edit workflows.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Competition day setup now supports time slot templates.
- Season scheduler workflows can keep scheduling at the same venue.

Web App
Section titled “Web App”Competition day time slot templates
Section titled “Competition day time slot templates”Competition day setup now includes time slot template support. Administrators can edit time slots more directly and reuse scheduling structures when building competition days.
Season scheduler venue handling
Section titled “Season scheduler venue handling”Season Scheduler workflows were improved to support keeping matches at the same venue where configured. This helps reduce manual schedule adjustments for competitions using venue-aware scheduling.
Registration availability editing
Section titled “Registration availability editing”Member registration and administration workflows now support editing availability as part of registration-related member updates.
Feedback form visibility
Section titled “Feedback form visibility”Match official feedback forms now support improved form-field visibility controls, helping administrators control what fields appear in feedback and review workflows.
Email and payment UI improvements
Section titled “Email and payment UI improvements”Email-related payment screens and competition payment search screens were refined to improve usability. Bulk payment editing also received small workflow improvements.
Xero export enhancements
Section titled “Xero export enhancements”The Competition Payment area now includes support for Xero contacts file export and additional financial integration fields such as invoice item description and bank account particulars.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Season scheduler support
Section titled “Season scheduler support”Backend competition day, time slot, field, Intelligent Appointment, and match schedule services were updated to support time slot templates and same-venue scheduling.
Xero export support
Section titled “Xero export support”Backend payment routes now support Xero contact file export and additional Xero-related payment fields.
Email reliability
Section titled “Email reliability”Backend email handling was improved, including parent email support and email address validation.
Intelligent Appointment ordering
Section titled “Intelligent Appointment ordering”The Intelligent Appointment rule engine gained improved tie-breaker handling for sorting appointment recommendations.
Fixes and Improvements
Section titled “Fixes and Improvements”- Fixed match schedule reload behaviour.
- Improved zero-results messages for appointment searches.
- Improved schedule health indicator icons and loading feedback.
- Improved handling when parent profile values are removed.
- Increased summary text limits for relevant records.
