March 2023
The March 2023 update added audit log search, improved payment simulation and templates, expanded playing-team capacity, and refined accessibility across the web app. It also introduced the Match Official Mentor role.
Highlights

Web App
Section titled “Web App”Audit log search
Section titled “Audit log search”SportsM8 now includes audit log search so administrators and support users can review recorded activity more easily. Search filters were added for date and entity type, and audit reports gained additional columns.
Payment simulation improvements
Section titled “Payment simulation improvements”Payment simulation reports were updated with extra columns and improved template selection. This helps finance administrators review payment outcomes before completing payment workflows.
Accessibility and UX improvements
Section titled “Accessibility and UX improvements”Several screens received accessibility and user experience improvements, including form formatting, dropdown handling, and more robust table sorting after refresh.
Match Official Mentor role
Section titled “Match Official Mentor role”The Match Official Mentor role was added to support competitions that manage mentoring or development appointments alongside other match official roles.
Playing team import support
Section titled “Playing team import support”Playing team import and storage handling was improved to support larger playing-team data.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Audit log API support
Section titled “Audit log API support”Backend audit log models and search routes were added, including request-user handling and description data.
Payment template and simulation support
Section titled “Payment template and simulation support”Payment run template routes and payment simulation report support were expanded.
Feedback and mentor support
Section titled “Feedback and mentor support”Backend support was added for feedback summaries by member and the Match Official Mentor role.
Fixes and Improvements

- Added safeguards for loading payment configuration.
- Improved home page text and administration wording.
- Fixed several date and sorting issues in reports.
