December 2023
The December 2023 update introduced digital form agreement foundations and initial member state/status support. It also improved reporting totals and social media/contact fields used in competition configuration.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Digital form agreements were introduced.
- Digital form search and agreement handling were improved.
- Member state and status support began rolling out.
- Timeslot totals and match coach/forfeit handling were improved in reports.

Web App
Section titled “Web App”Digital form agreements
Section titled “Digital form agreements”Digital form agreement workflows were added, giving competitions a foundation for collecting and tracking member agreements through SportsM8.
Digital form search
Section titled “Digital form search”Digital form search and agreement screens were improved so administrators can find and manage form agreements more effectively.
Member state and status
Section titled “Member state and status”Initial member state and status support was added, preparing SportsM8 for richer registration and member lifecycle handling in later releases.
Reporting totals and contact fields
Section titled “Reporting totals and contact fields”Reports gained timeslot totals and better match coach/forfeit handling. Competition configuration also gained expanded social media and external contact fields.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Digital form API support
Section titled “Digital form API support”Backend digital form agreement models and search routes were added to support the new agreement workflows.
Member state support
Section titled “Member state support”Backend member models gained initial state and status support.
