June 2025
The June 2025 update focuses on reporting display controls, member administration, and profile data synchronisation. This release adds more Fixture Grid display options, improves My Competitions, and strengthens backend data sync for profile-linked records.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Fixture Grid display options now include match times, colour field controls, and field-name shading options.
- My Competitions was improved with better year-based handling.
- Add new member workflows received UI and validation improvements.
- Profile-linked data synchronisation was improved across schedule and member data.
- Reporting logic was updated for unpublished appointments and schedule data.
Web App
Section titled “Web App”Fixture Grid display controls
Section titled “Fixture Grid display controls”Fixture Grid and related reporting views gained new display controls, including showing match times, shading field names or whole fields, and improved styling options. These options help administrators tailor printed and on-screen schedules for their competition layout.
My Competitions improvements
Section titled “My Competitions improvements”The My Competitions experience was improved, including better handling of year-based competition lists and adjusted start-date logic.
Add new member improvements
Section titled “Add new member improvements”The add new member workflow was refined with improved UI and validation checks so administrators get clearer feedback when adding members to a competition.
Registration and deleted-field handling
Section titled “Registration and deleted-field handling”Registration and profile workflows were adjusted to better handle deleted fields and avoid unnecessary banners.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Profile and schedule data synchronisation
Section titled “Profile and schedule data synchronisation”Backend data synchronisation was improved across competition members, match schedule services, and profile services. This helps profile-linked member data remain more consistent in schedule and reporting workflows.
Reporting display support
Section titled “Reporting display support”Backend report models and routes were updated to support new Fixture Grid display options, including match times, colour fields, field-name shading, and unpublished appointment handling.
My Competitions route support
Section titled “My Competitions route support”The API now includes a year-based My Competitions route to support the improved My Competitions experience.
Fixes and Improvements
Section titled “Fixes and Improvements”- Improved checking logic for field movement and appointment movement.
- Ignored coach movements where they should not affect a movement check.
- Improved handling for deleted registration fields.
- Improved styles and small UI details across reporting and member workflows.
