October 2023
The October 2023 update improved appointment response handling, match movement workflows, score entry, and payment statuses. It also added support for appointment conflict reasons and stronger bulk-saving feedback.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Appointment responses can now be viewed, searched, sorted, and used in error checks.
- Match movements and appointment movements were improved.
- Score entry and blank score workflows received user experience updates.
- Payment records gained ready, withheld, and on-hold statuses.
- Appointment rules gained not-allowed-team support.
Web App
Section titled “Web App”Appointment response workflows
Section titled “Appointment response workflows”Appointment response views were added and extended with search, sorting, date created fields, and response information in error checks. This gives administrators more context when reviewing appointment acceptance and response issues.
Match movement improvements
Section titled “Match movement improvements”Move match and move appointment workflows were improved, including conflict reasons and clearer bulk-saving behaviour.
Score entry improvements
Section titled “Score entry improvements”Match score entry screens were refined with better layout, row highlighting for uploaded scores, and score editing behaviour.
Payment status updates
Section titled “Payment status updates”Payment workflows gained additional statuses, including ready, withheld, and on-hold, giving finance users more precise control over payment processing.
Appointment rule restrictions
Section titled “Appointment rule restrictions”Appointment configuration now supports not-allowed teams, improving the ability to prevent unsuitable team or official combinations.

Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Appointment response API support
Section titled “Appointment response API support”Backend routes were added and extended for appointment response search and request timeouts.
