The June 2022 update introduced the kiosk module, refreshed the home page experience, expanded coach coordinator workflows, and improved Intelligent Appointment suitability scoring. It also added member email tools and stronger appointment response reporting.
Highlights

Web App
Section titled “Web App”Kiosk module
Section titled “Kiosk module”SportsM8 added the first kiosk module, including kiosk authentication, configuration, appointment search, and match schedule display foundations. This provided a controlled way to show schedule or appointment information on shared displays.
Home page refresh
Section titled “Home page refresh”The home page experience was redesigned with clearer helper text, better upcoming competition filtering, and improved login UX.
Coach coordinator workflows
Section titled “Coach coordinator workflows”Coach coordinator permissions were expanded so coordinators can edit match coaches, and coach portal controls were updated to show feedback actions to the right users.
Intelligent Appointment suitability score
Section titled “Intelligent Appointment suitability score”Intelligent Appointments gained a new suitability score option and supporting UI. This helped appointments use richer suitability logic when suggesting officials.
Member email tools
Section titled “Member email tools”Competition administrators can email members directly from SportsM8, supporting clearer competition communication.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Kiosk API support
Section titled “Kiosk API support”Backend kiosk routes, kiosk authentication, authenticated upcoming competition routes, and kiosk appointment search were added.
Suitability score support
Section titled “Suitability score support”Backend Intelligent Appointment suitability score logic and decision logging were added.
Appointment response and report metrics
Section titled “Appointment response and report metrics”Backend report routes and metrics were expanded, including appointment response field sizing and match appointment statistics.
Fixes and Improvements
Section titled “Fixes and Improvements”- Increased token expiry handling.
- Improved appointment availability reports.
- Improved export file naming.
- Added ability to hide team names in reports.
