The May 2025 update improves Match Schedule Admin workflows, introduces intelligent appointment profile rules, and refines registration and messaging screens. It also expands data exports and audit handling behind several administration workflows.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Match Schedule Admin gained rescheduling, quick edit, suggest official, and field navigation improvements.
- Intelligent Appointment profile rules were added for more targeted appointment logic.
- Competition member registration checks and profile-field handling were refined.
- Member export data now includes additional profile, reference, and modified-date fields.
- Message screens and competition administration actions received UI improvements.
Web App
Section titled “Web App”Match Schedule Admin workflow improvements
Section titled “Match Schedule Admin workflow improvements”Administrators can now reschedule matches from Match Schedule Admin. Quick edit workflows were also improved with suggest official access, next and previous field buttons, better icons, and clearer action buttons.
These changes reduce the number of steps needed when adjusting fixtures and appointments during active scheduling work.
Intelligent Appointment profile rules
Section titled “Intelligent Appointment profile rules”SportsM8 now includes Intelligent Appointment profile rules. Administrators can create and edit profile-based rules, load rules into Intelligent Appointment workflows, and configure whether the rule engine is used by default.
This gives competitions more control over appointment recommendations and eligibility rules.
Registration and profile checks
Section titled “Registration and profile checks”Registration workflows now include improved validation for profile and parent fields, including valid-age checks before parent-field validation. Member registration checks were also updated to use Material checkbox controls and clearer UI feedback.
Competition member exports
Section titled “Competition member exports”Competition member downloads now include additional fields such as profile identifiers, modified dates, and extra reference fields. This makes exported data more useful for reconciliation and administration outside SportsM8.
Message and admin UI refinements
Section titled “Message and admin UI refinements”Message screens, administration buttons, and icon usage were refined to make common actions clearer across the web app.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Intelligent Appointment rule engine support
Section titled “Intelligent Appointment rule engine support”Backend models, routes, and services were added for Intelligent Appointment profile rules and the rule engine. This includes support for rule expressions, default rule engine settings, and improved rule lookup for members.
Audit and registration reliability
Section titled “Audit and registration reliability”Backend audit-log handling was improved for actions that do not have a specific competition context. Competition configuration size was also increased to support richer settings.
Appointment and profile data support
Section titled “Appointment and profile data support”Backend appointment reporting and profile-related services were updated to support the expanded profile and registration data available in exports and administration screens.
Fixes and Improvements

Anydivision values. - Improved suggest official reliability.
