October 2025
The October 2025 update improves appointment availability views, Match Schedule Admin health information, score card output, and report configuration. It also expands field and member details available in schedule and appointment workflows.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Appointments vs Availability Grid gained member information and availability improvements.
- Match Schedule Admin now includes a match schedule health stats modal.
- Match official lists can include availability details.
- Score card printing and blank score card formatting were improved.
- Report configuration gained more control over field, venue, zone, and official name display.
Web App
Section titled “Web App”Appointments vs Availability Grid improvements
Section titled “Appointments vs Availability Grid improvements”The Appointments vs Availability Grid now includes a member information modal and improved member detail display. Availability modified-date information was also added, helping administrators understand how current availability data is.
Match schedule health stats
Section titled “Match schedule health stats”Match Schedule Admin now includes a health stats modal. This gives administrators a clearer view of scheduling health indicators while reviewing or preparing appointments.
Match official list with availability
Section titled “Match official list with availability”Match Schedule Admin gained improved match official list support with availability information, making it easier to choose officials with the right availability context.
Report configuration controls
Section titled “Report configuration controls”Report configuration now includes additional display controls, including whether to show field venue and field zone, hide match official names on appointments, and manage related appointment display options.
Score card printing
Section titled “Score card printing”Blank score cards and score card formatting were improved, including better field-number display and layout handling.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Appointment and availability data support
Section titled “Appointment and availability data support”Backend reporting and match schedule services were expanded to return richer appointment, member, role, availability, and time slot data.
Report configuration support
Section titled “Report configuration support”Backend competition report configuration models and routes now support additional field, venue, zone, and name display options.
Payment data capacity
Section titled “Payment data capacity”Payment detail size limits were increased to support larger payment data payloads.
Fixes and Improvements
Section titled “Fixes and Improvements”- Increased maximum field count to 35.
- Improved date handling for schedule filters.
- Added competition ID to clone results.
- Improved Match Schedule Admin display details and menu links.
