The July 2022 update improved kiosk configuration, competition day setup, integration configuration, member terms acceptance, and availability syncing.
Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Kiosk authentication and configuration were strengthened.
- Competition day add/edit workflows were improved.
- Multiple integration configurations are now supported.
- Registration can require terms of service acceptance.
- Availability can sync when competition days are edited.
Web App
Section titled “Web App”Kiosk authentication and configuration
Section titled “Kiosk authentication and configuration”Kiosk authentication and configuration screens were improved so competitions can manage secure kiosk access and display options more reliably.
Competition day setup
Section titled “Competition day setup”Add and edit competition day workflows were improved, including better defaults and clearer day setup behaviour.
Multiple integration configurations
Section titled “Multiple integration configurations”SportsM8 added support for multiple integration configurations, helping competitions manage more than one external integration setup.
Terms of service acceptance
Section titled “Terms of service acceptance”Registration workflows gained a terms of service checkbox and improved acceptance UI.
Availability sync on day edit
Section titled “Availability sync on day edit”Availability can now be synchronised when competition days are edited, reducing manual clean-up after schedule changes.
Backend & Integrations
Section titled “Backend & Integrations”Kiosk and integration support
Section titled “Kiosk and integration support”Backend support was added for kiosk authentication/configuration and multiple integration configurations.
Advanced filters
Section titled “Advanced filters”Backend filter expressions were added to support more advanced searching and reporting.
Fixes and Improvements
Section titled “Fixes and Improvements”- Fixed timeslot status handling on older competitions.
- Improved dropdown behaviour.
- Improved copy information actions and hover states.
- Updated default options for new competitions.
